Groundwork to handover
An 18-storey concrete frame with a unitised glass skin — wind-engineered for storm-season gusts.
On a tight downtown plot with zero laydown area, we designed a jump-formed concrete core that carried the whole construction sequence: cranes, loading platforms and the curtain-wall rig all rode the core upward, floor by floor.
The unitised glass facade was pressure-tested for storm-season gusts before a single panel shipped. Inside, 600 mm raised floors and exposed flat slabs give tenants column-free space with daylight reaching 12 metres deep.
